About this role
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join us as Community Outreach Volunteers. In this role, you will work directly with our team and local communities to support program delivery, raise awareness, and help us achieve our mission on the ground.

Who we're looking for
- Myanmar nationals or residents with a genuine interest in community development or social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to the agreed volunteering schedule
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior volunteer or NGO experience is an advantage but not required
- Minimum 2 days per week for at least 3 months
- Flexible scheduling available depending on program needs
