For too long, HIV, STI and TB care in Myanmar has been out of reach for the people who need it most — sex workers, men who have sex with men, transgender women, and others pushed to the margins.

Founded in 2021, Lan Pya Kyel is one of Myanmar's largest community-led organizations delivering integrated HIV and primary health care services to underserved, underprivileged, and marginalized communities. We are committed to improving equitable access to high-quality, person-centered health services for populations that have historically faced barriers to healthcare, including men who have sex with men (MSM), transgender women (TGW), female sex workers (FSW), and other vulnerable groups.
