HIV testing & same-day treatment
Walk in for a rapid test. Results in 20 minutes. If positive, ART starts the same day. No referrals. No bills. No judgment — ever.
STI screening & care
Comprehensive testing and treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and more.
TB testing & treatment
Active and latent TB screening with full treatment support and adherence care.

For too long, HIV, STI and TB care in Myanmar has been out of reach for the people who need it most — sex workers, men who have sex with men, transgender women, and others pushed to the margins.
We exist to change that. Lan Pya Kyel — "Guiding Star" — is led by, staffed by, and accountable to the communities we serve. More than 80% of our team comes from the very key populations we support.
