Lan Pya Kyel's staff and Peer Educators map local gathering points to provide regular health education (HE), distribute commodities (condoms and lubricants), and discuss behavior change.

HIV Testing Services (HTS) & Counseling
- → Respectful, confidential point-of-care pre-test and post-test counseling.
HIV Self-Testing (HIVST)
- → Empowering individuals with convenient, private self-testing kits accompanied by virtual guidance and follow up.
Immediate Linkage to ART
- → Swift, assisted referral and transition tracking to Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) initiation via the National AIDS Program (NAP) to ensure early viral suppression.
Index Testing
- → Voluntary, confidential partner-notification services to safely offer HIV testing to the sexual partners of diagnosed individuals.
Social Network Strategy (SNS)
- → Leveraging peer networks to reach hidden or high-risk pockets and introducing them to life-saving healthcare spaces.
TB screening, diagnosis and referral for treatment
- → Subsequenltly, contatct identification and referrals for possible TPT.
