The Lan Pya Kyel Yangon center provides free, confidential HIV, STI, and TB testing and treatment to key populations in Yangon and surrounding areas. Walk in any time during opening hours — no appointment, no referral, no paperwork required.
All consultations are free and delivered by staff from the communities we serve. Over 80% of our team identify as members of key populations.
Services offered
HIV Testing & ART
Rapid test in 20 min. Same-day ART initiation if positive — no referrals needed.
STI Screening & Care
Testing and treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and more.
TB Testing & Treatment
Active and latent TB screening with full treatment support.
Sexual Health Counseling
One-on-one counseling with trained, non-judgmental advisors.
Peer Support
Drop-in groups and one-on-one peer sessions. All welcome.
Harm Reduction
Condom distribution, lubricant, and safer-use guidance.
ℹ️ PrEP is not available at this location. Please contact the Yangon center for PrEP access.
